LPN; Licensed Practical Nurse Night and PRN Shifts

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) opportunities at Garland Road Nursing & Rehab Center in Enid, OK. • Maintains nursing service objectives, goals, and standards of nursing practices consistent with licensure requirements and the Nurse Practice Act.
• Evaluates staffing patterns to meet residents’ needs in coordination with the Director of Nursing.
• Administers medication and treatments as prescribed.
• Receives, transcribes, and implements physician orders.
• Implements and evaluates care plans.
• Identifies and secures equipment and supplies.
• Directs and oversees subordinates; participates in duty assignments.
• Organizes and coordinates subordinates, tasks, and time allotments.
• Oversees and monitors the function and activities of subordinate staff.
• Evaluates staff performance and initiates appropriate discipline or training.
• Monitors infection control compliance.
• Investigates and documents accidents/incidents.

• Current, unrestricted LVN license in the state of practice
• Previous skilled nursing experience
• Solid understanding of clinical operations and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Night and PRN shifts available; 12-hour shifts.
