Nurse Aide - Float Pool-Days

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred
• Current Oklahoma Certified Nurse Aide license
• BLS required prior to orientation or work on the floor
• Experience preferred
• Basic computer skills required
• De-escalation (TEAM) training completed within 6 months of hire
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, skin care, dressing, feeding, ambulating, transporting, bed changing)
• Take and record vital signs and I&O's, apply ice bags, aqua K pads, and specialty appliances
• Complete or review worksheet of assignments for patient care within 30 minutes of shift change
• Demonstrate knowledge and skills to provide care based on physical, psychosocial, educational, safety, and related criteria appropriate to age of patients served in assigned service area
• Obtain and document vital signs as instructed per policy and nurse
