What You ll Do
As an Emergency Department RN, you will play a critical role in delivering safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care to patients with diverse and often urgent healthcare needs.

- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
- Serve as a patient advocate and trusted clinical resource
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

Requirements
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure from the State of Oklahoma required.
- ADN required; BSN preferred.
- BLS required.
- ALS, PALS and NIH Stroke Scale required within six (6) months of employment in Emergency Department.
- NRP is preferred, but not required.
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) and PEARS are encouraged within two (2) years of hire.
- Two to three years’ experience in Med/Surg, Critical Care, or Emergency Medical Services preferred.
- Techniques for Effective Aggression Management (TEAM/De-Escalation) completed within six (6) months of hire.
