What You’ll Do- Assume shift responsibility and accountability for the planning and provision of direct and indirect nursing care to the patient, family, care partner and appropriate others.
- Coordinates multi-disciplinary team members, directs and facilitates nursing staff in obtaining safe, optimal healthcare outcomes.
- Takes a patient load.
- Supports activities that meet the facility vision, mission and goals. Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
- Oversee and guides employees that are under his/her supervision including basic corrective action and support for performance reviews.
- The concepts of patient centered care will provide the foundation for all nursing care. Demonstrate professionalism and service excellence standards at all times.
