American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Home Health position requiring OASIS and HCHB EMR experience and a valid RN license.
Requirements- Active RN license (State or Compact) required in hand
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of recent Home Health experience required
- OASIS experience required for clinicians performing SOCs
- HCHB EMR experience required
- Proof of vehicle insurance required
- No first-time travelers accepted
- Home Health setting with a geriatric patient population
- Average caseload of 5-7 patients per day
- Schedule is Monday through Friday with possible weekend shifts
- On-call responsibilities required, details discussed during interview
- Territory covers up to a 60-mile radius from the hub/office
- Traveler must be flexible with assigned territory
- iPad provided; mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
- Provide skilled nursing care to geriatric home health patients
- Scrubs required in any color, no jeans permitted
- Locals accepted at the travel rate
- Compliance items must be started within 24 hours of accepted offer
- RTO must be submitted at time of application; any additional RTO after offer requires manager approval
