Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Microbiology Laboratory Manager in Enid, OK. Responsibilities include overseeing laboratory operations, ensuring quality control, managing laboratory equipment, conducting research and development (R&D), and analyzing data to improve processes. The role requires maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and implementing best practices to support operational efficiency and product quality.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Quality Control and ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Hands-on experience with various Laboratory Equipment and related maintenance
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret laboratory data accurately
- Expertise in Laboratory Skills, including testing, sampling, and validation
- Competence in Research and Development (R&D) to drive innovations and improvements
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biology, Chemistry, or related field required
- Previous experience in a laboratory management role preferred
