Execute the MIC (Manager-In-Charge) routine and ensure responsibilities under People, Customers and Service are completed.;
Ensure all Team Members complete Shift Excellence tasks and maintain neat appearance with uniform.;
Ensure food safety, quality and accuracy of orders; resolve customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive customer relations.;
Maintain attendance and timekeeping; ensure staff attend scheduled shifts and accurately record hours.;
Assist RGM with inventory, cash control, labor management, and adherence to health and safety standards.
