Full‑time Retail Store Manager responsible for leading and developing a high‑performance team of 8–20 associates (including 3–4 managers), ensuring excellence in customer experience, sales achievement, and operational efficiency.

• Lead talent selection, associate development, onboarding, training, and retention.
• Manage the omni‑channel business through visual presentation, sound operational practices, and store expense control.
