Ollie’s is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and help maintain the store appearance. The FeS is responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and front-end store operations.
Primary Responsibilities:
Greet and acknowledge every customer; operate the register; approve refunds for associates; assist with training new Front End Specialists; stay informed on promotions to answer questions and support Ollie’s Army and donation programs; keep the front end area neat
