Account Executives are responsible for generating the income for commercial radio stations from advertising sales and sponsorship. This involves selling the benefits to agencies and clients of radio as an advertising medium. The role is target-driven, with the main aim being to achieve agreed revenue targets on a regular basis.
The role includes routine administrative work: maintaining records, producing reports, and assisting with the resolution of problems about payments and revenue collection.
