Job Description

We are hiring an Area Sales Manager to drive adoption of Queue Buster’s F&B solutions across Noida. The role focuses on new business acquisition, account expansion, and building long‑term relationships with restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, and F&B chains.

Key Responsibilities
  • New business development: Identify, prospect, and close F&B accounts (restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, QSRs).
  • Account management: Grow revenue from existing clients through upsells, renewals, and cross‑sell of add‑on modules.
  • Territory planning: Build and execute a territory plan for Noida to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Product demos: Conduct on‑site and virtual product demonstrations and pilot deployments.
  • Stakeholder engagement: Build relationships with owners, operations heads, and procurement teams.
  • Market intelligence: Track competitor activity, pricing, and local market trends; feed insights to product and marketing.
  • Reporting: Maintain CRM records and deliver weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.
  • Cross‑functional coordination: Work with onboarding, support, and product teams to ensure smooth implementations and high NPS.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Experience: 3–4 years of sales experience in the F&B domain (POS, restaurant tech, distribution, or hospitality sales preferred).
  • Sales skills: Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets; strong negotiation and closing ability.
  • Product knowledge: Familiarity with POS systems, billing workflows, inventory basics, and digital ordering is a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
  • Mobility: Candidates must be comfortable with frequent local travel across Delhi NCR. Having their own two‑wheeler and a valid driving license is preferred.
  • Tools: Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Hub Spot, Zoho, Salesforce) and MS Office.
