Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to control access and report policy violations or suspicious behavior;
Assist with security-related support during medical emergencies and urgent situations while following post orders and location protocols;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate with site contacts as needed
