Software Developer IV

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of sophisticated software solutions, including hands‑on development, testing, and debugging.
  • Define technical vision and guide the team in architectural decisions.
  • Collaborate with partners to define project goals and requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and teams.
  • Contribute to the documentation of software solutions and processes.
  • Develop, configure, and support scalable Oracle Cloud SCM solutions across procurement, sourcing, supplier management, inventory management, Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and Visual Builder Studio.
  • Manage and prioritize the product roadmap to align system enhancements with business objectives, Oracle release cycles, and expected value realization.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution options, and deliver effective system capabilities.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for automation, AI‑enabled capabilities, and process improvements to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Required:

    High school diploma or GED, vocational/technical/business schooling, and a minimum of ten years of software development experience.
  • Preferred:
    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Demonstrated outstanding organizational and communication skills, with safety as the utmost priority.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Expert‑level proficiency in relevant programming languages, frameworks, and technologies.
  • Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and methodologies.
  • Experience crafting scalable and maintainable software systems.
