- Supervise inventory control and warehouse operations to ensure safe, efficient, and productive performance
- Maintain inventory accuracy by monitoring inventory records, investigating discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions
- Coordinate daily operational activities and staffing schedules to meet customer and company commitments
- Train, coach, motivate, and develop team members to drive performance and operational success
- Monitor work quality, ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards, and deliver exceptional customer service
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy, productivity, and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with leadership, team members, and cross-functional departments to achieve business objectives
- Resolve employee concerns, enforce company policies and procedures, and foster a positive work environment
- Support safety, housekeeping, and workplace organization standards to maintain a clean and compliant operation
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Experience with computerized scanner equipment
- Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends
- Ability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights
- Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to reach, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel
- Ability to handle or manage tools or equipment
- Ability to tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field (preferred)
- 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience (preferred)
- Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
- Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment (preferred)
- Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience (preferred)
- May be required to pass a pre-employment drug test after receiving a conditional offer
Demonstrates expertise in inventory control and warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards and enhancing operational efficiency. Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and maintain a safe and organized work environment.
