For more information:

• Drive and optimize the financial performance of the Global function and from there,contribute to the overall performance of the Company
• Business and sparring partner of the Functional Director and Senior Management, member of functional management team
• Lead and drive functional business development activities (e.g. business cases, M&A activities, etc.)
• Member of tactical and strategic cross-functional and project teams (e.g., Crop Leadership Teams)
• Member of Global Business Control Lead Team and sparring partner of CFO and Finance management team
• Train and build capability with the regional and local Business Controllers and/or Finance Managers
• Developing & maintaining internal/external contacts

• Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration.
• Current and wide knowledge of and experience in proactive business partnering (credible sparring partner), senior leadership and in depth-finance topics.
• Has the ability to make significant impact and influences board and global senior management on business and financial development.
• Minimum years of relevant work experience 10 years of hands on senior finance experience
• Excellent and clear communication skills (verbal and written);
• Able to communicate with and to be a sparring partner to C-level/Board members;
• Professional knowledge of Dutch and English language;
• Ability to educate, manage and train colleagues and team members
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
• Sensitive to cultural differences and showing initiative;
• Critical and constructive thinker.
