Main purpose of the role
To take ownership of administrative after-sales processes and tasks. This end-user and dealer-facing position will manage subjects such as warranty processing, corrective action reports, product improvement bulletins, and general after-sales tasks.

- Primary contact to the dealer network for warranty-related subjects
- Assist in the process of moving the warranty decision function from the European-based HQ to the North American HQ
- Work with headquarters and dealer network to process inbound warranty claims
- Work together with the service manager on technical tasks and issues pertaining to warranty claims
- Provide RM management with warranty status reports and work directly with dealers, end users, and ASMs to resolve warranty-based issues
- Train and develop dealer personnel as it pertains to the warranty process and policy
- Assist with PDI and Startups locally and within dealers’ regions
- To liaise with HQ in Austria and take ownership of some of the Head Office after-sales functions, as they are decentralized
- Support direct sales and rentals in non-dealer regions (note, most service is done via the Dealer network)
- Provide analysis and cost-saving recommendations as needed
- Work with and offer guidance to the parts Localization team/staff
- National and international travel. Up to 30% annually
- Relevant Education (i.e., Business degree desirable)
- 5 years’ experience in a similar or equivalent industry
- Dealer management/development background is desirable
- Excellent skills in all Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent relationship builder and manager
