Our client, a manufacturing operations organization is seeking a Project Engineer to join their team. As a Project Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting Production, Maintenance, and Capital Projects. The ideal candidate will have analytical skills, adaptability, and technical problem ‑ solving which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title:Project Engineer
Location:Ennis, TX
Pay Range:$55–$65/hr
What’s the Job?- Capital projects across lifecycle, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget requirements are met.
- Detailed design scopes, cost estimates, and capital expenditure justifications prepared for installations.
- Continuous improvement supported through technical analysis and recommendations for process/equipment modifications.
- Technical resource for design, engineering coordination, commissioning, and startup activities.
- Internal maintenance and external contractors managed during project execution and system development.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably roofing/building products.
- Ability to manage multi ‑ disciplinary projects and supervise as a lead engineer.
- Proven background in managing scope, budget, and downtime constraints.
- Proficiency with computer software and G Suite applications.
