Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:15 PM)

Starting Pay & Compensation:

• Certified RBTs: $18.50 – $23.00 / hour

• Uncertified / Entry-Level: $17.00 – $18.50 / hour (100% Paid RBT Training Included)

No prior ABA certification? We cover 100% of your paid 40-hour RBT training and national exam costs within your first 8 weeks!

  Enjoy a stable Monday – Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 4:15 PM) with zero weekend shifts, giving you work-life balance and predictable routines (occasional team meetings extend to 5:00 PM).

• 100% Paid RBT Certification: No prior healthcare experience required. We pay for all 40 hours of your RBT coursework and cover your national BACB exam fees within your first 8 weeks.

• BCBA-D Owned & Mentored: Work in a clinical culture founded and operated by Dr. Michelle Kuhn, BCBA-D. Secure supervision hours and advance your skills with direct mentorship from on-site clinical leadership.

• Credentials: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong desire to learn—no prior healthcare or ABA experience required!

• Mindset: Passionate about neurodiversity-affirming care, dedicated to patient success, and ready to thrive in a team-focused setting.

• Transportation: Valid driver’s license and dependable personal transportation to the Ennis clinic daily.

• Physical Ability: Agile and energetic! Able to sit on the floor, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to engage children at eye level and maintain safety protocols.
