Day Shift Excavator Operator

** What You'll Be Doing*
* + Operate excavators safely and efficiently to support production goals

+ Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance

+ Move, load, and manage materials according to site requirements

+ Follow safety procedures and communicate hazards promptly

+ Support day‑to‑day site operations and assist teammates as needed

** What Are We Looking For*
* + Demonstrated skill operating excavators or similar heavy equipment

+ Ability to work safely and follow established procedures

+ Strong situational awareness in active work zones

+ Capability to complete physical tasks in outdoor environments

+ Consistent, reliable work habits and effective communication

** Conditions of Employment*
* + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check

** Work Environment*
* + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

* + Starting Pay $26.50 per hour DOE
