Position

P&M Production Associate – Texas South Plant

Location:

101 Industrial Blvd, Ennis, TX 75119, United States of America

Starting pay: $19.37 per hour

Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm. Shift length may be 8, 10, or 12 hours depending on need.

• Follow established procedures and guidelines to form a variety of simple, manual tasks that form part of a production process.
• Load materials into production machines.
• Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment.
• Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality.
• Remove, pack, and sort raw materials or finished products.
• Collect and dispose of garbage and production waste according to the organization’s waste removal and recycling policies.
• Clean production equipment and work areas.

• Able to repeatedly lift to 50 lbs within a scheduled shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Proven record of reliability and consistency with attendance policies.
• Mechanically inclined with math and troubleshooting skills.
• Can make independent decisions that follow company policies and procedures.
• Ability to detect inconsistencies and attention to detail.
