What You'll Be Doing Support daily plant operations to keep production running safely and efficiently

Perform general labor tasks including cleanup, material handling, and housekeeping

Assist skilled trades and operators with equipment and process support

Identify and report safety, quality, or maintenance issues

Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures

What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to work safely in an industrial or manufacturing setting

Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability

Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new tasks

Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols

Commitment to performing physically demanding work Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check,Continued compliance with company safety and attendance standards

Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
