Assist in formulation and packaging of finished product according to Customer requirements per QC instructions.

• Assist Formulator:
  • Support the formulator in various formulation and packaging activities.
  • Execute tasks as directed by the formulator.
  • Confirm raw materials per Manufacturing Order.
• Follow Formulation Procedures:
  • Adhere to established formulation procedures and protocols.
  • Ensure accurate measurement and mixing of ingredients.
• Follow Packaging Procedures:
  • Comply with packaging protocols to ensure product integrity per QC instructions.
  • Operate packaging machinery as per guidelines.

  Housekeeping:
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
  • Dispose of waste materials properly and promptly.
  • Dispose of PPE properly.
• Product Handling:
  • Perform filling, check weights, and seal containers.
  • Inspect finished products and packaging for irregularities.
• Safety Compliance:
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

• Basic Math Skills
  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations.
  • Proficiency in measuring and calculating quantities accurately.
• Attention to Detail
  • Strong observational skills to ensure accuracy in formulation and packaging.
  • Ability to identify and correct errors in the production process.

• Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Capacity to lift and move materials as required.
  • Ability to operate a forklift and perform physical tasks related to equipment setup and maintenance.
  • May require Forklift Certification.
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment, including Respiratory Protection.
  • Ability to perform a variety of tasks on wet or slippery work surfaces.
