Manufacturing & Industrial Operations, Material Handler
What You’ll Do
- Operate equipment or machinery and assemble window components using a tape measure and other hand tools.
- Inspect product throughout the process, looking for defects with strong attention to detail and an eye for quality.
- Perform various aspects of the manufacturing process, including loading machines, packing finished product, pulling items, and preparing labels and stickers.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment within assigned and surrounding workspace, meeting all safety standards and practices.
- Commit to cross‑training, learning multiple positions, and further developing your skillset.
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience; 1–2 years of manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English sufficient to read and understand safety procedures, hazard warnings, and equipment operating instructions.
- Accurately complete production records, quality checklists, and incident reports in English.
- Effectively communicate with supervisors, maintenance personnel, and team members to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Adaptability in a fast‑paced environment and motivation to become well‑versed in multiple areas of operations.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to work independently or as part of a team and contribute to all areas of operations.
- Ability to collaborate with a variety of people and roles.
- Committed to cross‑train, learn, and develop your skillset further.

- The work environment is a manufacturing plant with moving machinery that produces noise; temperature ranges from extreme cold to extreme heat.
- Physical demands include movements such as standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, climbing, pushing/pulling, forward bending, reaching, kneeling, crouching, squatting, crawling, postural balancing, manipulating, trunk rotation, handling, gripping, and talking (hearing).
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lb without assistance, or 80–100 lb with assistance.
