Pilgrim's - - Responsibilities:
Maintain ammonia refrigeration systems and plant utilities (boilers, air compressors, pumps, motors, valves, etc.);
Document daily repair activities and related paperwork (PSM program);
Perform preventive maintenance on compressors, boilers, air compressors, valves, etc.;
Communicate with Maintenance Management and coworkers about production information;
Maintain tidy and safe work area and wear required PPE;
Be available for weekend and/or additional shift work;
Read and interpret mechanical/electrical schematics and blueprints for ammonia systems;
Possess or pursue Hazmat/HAZWOPER training and participate in Hazmat Response Team
