Job Overview

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – 1:1 in‑home care of medically fragile children.

Location:

Ennis, TX.

Flexible scheduling, consistent hours, weekly pay, 24/7 clinical support.

$23–$32 per hour.

Full‑time, part‑time, and PRN opportunities.

Flexible shifts (days, nights, weekends); 8, 10, 12, or 16‑hour shifts available.

• Provide skilled nursing care in a home‑health setting.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Assess patient condition.

Required:

• Active Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in TX.
• Current CPR certification.

• Pediatric home‑health experience.
• Trach and/or ventilator experience.
