The Lead Electrician plays a critical role in managing and executing electrical work for new construction projects in commercial buildings. This position involves leading small teams, ensuring code compliance, and delivering high-quality wiring installations from rough-in to trim-out stages.

Responsibilities

• Perform rough-in wiring for new construction projects
• Execute trim-out wiring tasks to complete installations

• Read and interpret blueprints accurately
• Lead small teams of 1-3 electricians, providing guidance and oversight

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical work
• Valid Electrician License
• Proficiency in electrical wiring and blueprint reading
