Safety is the responsibility of everyone. Our Operations team is experienced and runs the same trucks. Dispatch is done responsibly, and the company does not dispatch through the mountains of the West Coast or NY City. Your truck will undergo regular maintenance, and the shop is available 24/7.

Drivers regularly meet face‑to‑face with managers and team members. The operations department is available 24/7. Drivers and dispatchers know each other by name and sometimes have nicknames.

Pay is based on work record and experience and will be determined after you are fully processed. We pay for loaded and empty practical miles, up to 5‑7% more miles a year than companies paying for short miles. Annual raises, merit raises, safety and performance bonuses are available. Top performers earned over $100k last year.
