Features include: 68 cruise and pedal, ergonomically designed seats, optimal steering position, 70 L /96 W sleepers, larger‑than‑average built‑in refrigerators, auxiliary power units, dual antennas, flat‑screen TV mount, satellite radios. Passenger and pet policy not detailed.

Safety is the responsibility of everyone. Our operations team is experienced. Most have operated a tractor just like you. They will dispatch you safely & legally. Our drivers run loads in the same manner. Most freight is in the middle corridor of the United States. We will never dispatch you through the mountains of the West Coast or to New York City.

Your truck will undergo regular maintenance, and the shop is available 24/7.

Drivers regularly meet face‑to‑face with managers and team members. We want every driver to feel at home, not just a part of the trucking industry. Drivers and dispatchers know each other by name. Some have been around long enough to have a nickname. Our operations department is available 24/7.

Pay is based on work record and experience and will be determined after you are fully processed. We pay professionals loaded and empty on practical miles. That is up to 5‑7% more miles a year than companies paying for short miles. More miles mean more money. We offer annual raises, merit raises, safety and performance bonuses. Top performers earned over 100k last year.
