The primary purpose of this position is to ensure the efficient and accurate wrapping, tagging, documentation, and movement of finished product pallets, while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. This role supports the overall production process by ensuring that finished goods are properly prepared for shipment and assists in other areas as needed to maintain smooth operations.

• Wrapping pallets of finished product:
  • Apply tags during the wrapping process.
  • Ensure pallet tags match the product information on the boxes.
• Documentation of the pallet:
  • Record details on the worksheet.
  • Keep track of all finished products daily.
• Moving wrapped pallets:
  • Transport wrapped pallets to the finished goods warehouse.
  • Store them until they are ready for shipment.
• Assisting in formulation and packaging areas:
  • Help with moving products as needed.
• Ensuring safety procedures:
  • Follow all safety protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Daily housekeeping:
  • Maintain cleanliness in all stretch wrapping areas.
  • Perform regular cleaning tasks to keep the area organized.

• Forklift Certification:
  • Must possess a valid forklift certification.
  • Demonstrates the ability to safely operate a forklift in various environments.
• Forklift, Warehousing, and Lead
  
  Experience:
  • Experience in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
  • Knowledge of warehousing practices, including inventory management and storage.
  • Leadership experience in a warehouse setting, with the ability to supervise and guide team members.
• Ability to Lift 40 Lbs. or More:
  • Physically capable of lifting and moving items weighing 40 pounds or more.
  • Ensures safe handling practices to prevent injuries.
• Availability to Work 40 or More Hours a Week:
  • Willingness to work full-time hours, with the potential for overtime.
  • Flexibility to accommodate varying work schedules as needed.
