Job Description & How to Apply Below

Finn Lough is a 75-acre private peninsula in the Fermanagh Lakelands, setting the standard in Regenerative Tourism. We have moved away from traditional, high-impact hospitality to create something “Wildly Refined”, a sanctuary where the guest experience is intrinsic to the landscape rather than imposed upon it.

From our iconic Forest Bubble Domes and lakeside retreats to the woodland Elements Spa Trail, every detail has been intentionally designed for reconnection, to nature, to stillness, to self.

But experience doesn’t begin in the forest.

It begins at the front desk.

Role Description

We are looking for a Front Office Manager who understands that the guest journey starts long before check-in and lingers long after departure.

This is not simply an administrative role.

It is a leadership position at the heart of the guest experience, setting the standard for the entire arrival and departure journey.

You will:
  • Oversee daily front office operations and ensure seamless check-ins and departures
  • Lead, develop and inspire the front office team
  • Handle guest enquiries and concerns with calm professionalism
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure operational excellence
  • Maintain the standards that define Finn Lough’s refined, personalised hospitality

You will set the tone.

You will hold the space.

You will ensure the first and final impressions reflect the depth and care of our brand.

About You

You are grounded, organised, and naturally people-focused with:

  • Strong organisational and office administration capability
  • Proven front office leadership experience
  • Exceptional customer service and guest relationship skills
  • Clear communication rooted in emotional intelligence
  • Curiosity and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Hospitality background
  • Familiarity with booking/office management systems
Why This Role Matters

At Finn Lough, sustainability is not a policy, it is our pulse.

And just as we regenerate landscapes, we are committed to regenerating hospitality leadership.

We are building systems, standards and culture intentionally.

We want someone who doesn’t just manage a desk, but builds a team that feels proud to represent Finn Lough.

If you are passionate about service, believe front office is the heartbeat of hospitality, and lead with stewardship, we would love to hear from you.
