£44,229 - £50,344 plus overtime and benefits

40 hours per week;
Thursday to Sunday, 7 am to 5:30 pm

This role focuses on troubleshooting, installation, fault finding and repair work on mechanical equipment such as hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps and other plant machinery, working as part of a shift‑based team.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics and pumps.
• Perform troubleshooting and fault finding to identify and resolve issues.
• Install and maintain equipment and components.
• Work collaboratively with a team on a shift basis.

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter.
• Experience in mechanical fault finding with hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Background in a heavy plant manufacturing environment.
• Valid UK driving licence and willingness to work weekend days.

Four 10‑hour shifts per week from Thursday to Sunday. Overtime available. Hourly rate ranges from £21 to £24.

Full‑time, permanent position with training and progression opportunities. Salary in the £44‑50K bracket with the potential for overtime increases.
