What are you going to do?Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for independently and correctly performing personnel administration for various Demcon companies. This includes:
- Common administrative work around the inflow, transfer, and outflow of employees (in AFAS);
- Drawing up contracts and implementing personnel mutations;
- Keeping personnel files up to date;
- Advising on HR matters, such as employment contracts or leave arrangements;
- You have a lot of contact with employees, HR colleagues and managers.
- You are available for 28- 40 hours per week.
- A completed MBO-4 education, preferably in the direction of HRM;
- You have work experience in a similar role;
- You are proactive, accurate, enthusiastic and have a flexible attitude, even when things get busy;
- You enjoy working together and have strong communication skills, both in Dutch and English;
- You have experience with personnel administration systems, knowledge of AFAS is a plus;
- You have a good understanding of relevant laws and regulations and know how to apply them in your work.
