Project manager facility

Demcon is growing rapidly! To support this growth, we are looking for a facility project manager who thrives on delivering challenging facility projects across multiple locations in the Netherlands.

Within our corporate facilities organisation, you will work from the holding company on projects that directly contribute to a safe, efficient and future‑proof working environment for all our companies. You will work in a close‑knit, expert team and be given the freedom to oversee projects from concept to implementation. After which, the local facilities management organisation of the Demcon companies will take over.

We tackle new facilities initiatives on a project‑by‑project basis.

In the role of Facility Project Manager, you will independently lead a variety of projects, such as:

• setting up and fitting out new sites
• refurbishments and extensions of existing buildings
• implementation of new security concepts
• installation of PV systems and energy storage
• setting up and fitting out laboratories and technical rooms

You will be responsible for planning, budget, quality and stakeholder management.

You will liaise with managing directors, contractors, suppliers and internal users.

You will be based in Enschede, but will regularly visit other Demcon sites to oversee projects.
