MAD Movement in Enschede zoekt een maatschappelijke betrokken vrijwilligerscoördinator die zelfstandig en proactief werkt. Als coördinator ben je het aanspreekpunt voor het bestuur en vrijwilligers en organiseer je wekelijkse bijeenkomsten.
Je ondersteunt vrijwilligers, houdt inzicht in hun mogelijkheden en verbindt talenten binnen de organisatie. Voor deze vrijwillige functie is een inzet van circa 8 uur per week vereist, met flexibele werkdagen en verplichte deelname aan bijeenkomsten.
