Overview
Je maakt matches: je koppelt groepen vrijwilligers aan een passende hulpvraag. Je hebt contact met enerzijds de contactpersonen van de vrijwilligers over hun inzet, en anderzijds met de hulpverleners die de hulpvragen hebben ingediend. Je bent communicatief vaardig en administratief handig. Alle afspraken worden namelijk vastgelegd in een CRM en gecommuniceerd met alle betrokken partijen. Je werkt in een dynamisch en warm betrokken team.
ProjectLeader Responsibilities
De projectleider begeleidt ca. 1 x per maand een groep vrijwilligers die 1 dag hulp biedt aan kwetsbare mensen. Hij/zij opent de actiedag en sluit deze af.
Qualifications- Communicatief vaardig.
- Administratief handig.
- Ervaring met CRM.
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal (minimaal B1+).
