Je zorgt ervoor dat onze salesorganisatie klaar is voor de volgende groeifase door:
Salesprocessen en playbooks internationaal te standaardiseren en verbeteren.
Salesdata en dashboards om te zetten in concrete verbeteringen.
Bonusstructuren, targets en incentiveprogramma’s te coördineren.
Onze CRM-omgeving en sales tooling verder te optimaliseren.
Salestrainingen en ontwikkelprogramma’s te organiseren.
De CRM Specialist te coachen en het Sales Operations-domein verder uit te bouwen.
Requirements
Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring binnen Sales Operations, Sales Project Management of een vergelijkbare rol binnen SaaS of tech.
Ervaring met CRM-systemen, sales tooling en data-analyse.
Ervaring met of affiniteit voor het aansturen van een team.
Het vermogen om verschillende stakeholders mee te nemen in verandering en groei.
