Part‑Time Receptionist
Pay: $15/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 12:00 PM–5:00 PM
SummarySeeking a professional and organized Receptionist for a local law firm to manage front desk operations and support daily office functions through effective communication and scheduling.
Job Duties- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Maintain calendars and coordinate meetings
- Perform light clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Provide general administrative support to the office
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask
- Basic computer and office software skills
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Reliable and punctual
