Automotive Detailer - Car Washer - Fort Novosel

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a Full Time Automotive Detailer. The position pays $15 per hour based on a 40‑hour workweek and is located at 1201 Rucker Blvd Enterprise, AL 36330.

• Monday: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Tuesday: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Wednesday: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Thursday: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Saturday: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry‑standard protocols.
• Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior – including cars, vans, and trucks.
• Check fuel level and warning lights; inspect windshield for damage; perform factory reset/restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data; check for customer items, place them in Lost & Found, verify registration is present, current, and matches license plate.
• Check fluid levels and add as needed; check tire condition, pressure, tread depth; inspect vehicle exterior for damage.
• Fuel and stage vehicle.
• Inspect vehicle for safety concerns; report any warning lights or vehicle/windshield/tire damage; pull vehicle out of prep processing as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area; report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors.
• Assist customers when needed; may transport customers to and from the branches.
• Help maintain overall site appearance, including general cleaning of interior and exteriors of branch locations, desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot, and other miscellaneous tasks related to daily cleanliness of the branch.

• Seek to improve job performance through self‑assessment, skill development, training and goal setting.
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
• Must have no drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 30 minutes from this location.
• Must have at least six (6) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience.
• Candidates with more than 1 excessive speeding violation (defined as 26 or more miles per hour over the posted speed limit) on their driving record within the last 3 years will be disqualified from consideration.
