Pilgrim’s is hiring a Hatchery Manager to lead hatchery, breeder, and pullet operations, driving hatchability and flock performance while ensuring animal welfare and biosecurity. You will manage budgets, teams, and performance metrics to deliver high-quality chicks that meet company goals.
This role requires strong leadership, safety focus, and collaboration with Live Operations to optimize production and cost control across all responsibilities. Monday–Friday with some extended hours may apply.
