Activities CNA
As an Activities Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. You'll support engaging programs that promote physical, emotional, and social well-being in a supportive and mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing activity programs for residents
- Support the daily operations of the Activities Department
- Help deliver engaging activities that meet the individual needs and interests of residents
- Ensure programs align with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment for residents
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in accordance with state regulations
- Previous long-term care/skilled nursing experience preferred; activities experience in a recreational therapy setting will also be considered
- Currenty CTRC certification preferred
- Compassion for working with veteran populations and elderly residents
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
