Position Summary
Drive sales and financial performance in the Auto Care Center and service area. Receive and stock merchandise, ensuring accurate presentation, competitive pricing, effective signage, proper inventory levels, and quality control. Forecast sales, assess economic trends, and implement corrective actions to meet sales and profit goals. Provide customer service by identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving issues. Promote products while maintaining a safe shopping environment.
Process service orders, explain Auto Care Center products and services, and ensure technicians are trained and certified. Maintain the sales floor and service area through stocking, rotating, cleaning, and organizing displays. Handle customer and merchandise claims, returns, and environmental compliance. Coordinate and oversee job‑related activities, develop relationships with key stakeholders, and manage improvement opportunities. Provide supervision, training, mentoring, and recognition of associates.
