We are a driver-focused W2 carrier looking for both seasoned pros (6+ months exp) and fresh CDL School graduates ready for a stable, long-term home. Bring your dog and hit the road in a late-model truck you can actually call your own.

Assigned Gear: 2022+ Kenworth T680s or Freightliners.

No Slip-Seating: The truck goes home with you for your reset.

Idle Comfort: Every unit features a factory-installed APU

Regional/OTR: Run the central and eastern US (Primarily East of I-35).

Workload: 100% No-Touch; 60% of loads are Drop & Hook.

• Reliable Income:
  Weekly Pay of $1,200 $ 1,500 via Direct Deposit.

Base Rate: $0.56 to $0.65 CPM depending on verifiable experience.

Monthly performance/safety/fuel bonuses (adds up to $0.08 CPM).

Note:

Must have 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school.

License: Current Class A CDL and age 21+.

Safety Record: No major violations, accidents, or safety-based fires in 5 years.

Background: No DUI/DWI or SAP Drivers

Testing: Ability to pass both Urine and Hair Follicle drug screening.
