Job Requirements and DutiesYou must be 18 years old, possess a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record, and own an insured vehicle for delivery. You should be able to navigate maps, locate addresses, and handle delivery sites including multi‑story buildings.
- Operate all equipment
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler
- Prepare products
- Receive and process telephone orders
- Take inventory and complete paperwork
- Clean equipment and facility daily
Many team members begin as delivery drivers and move into roles such as management, franchise ownership, or Corporate Operations.

QualificationsGeneral job duties for all store team members include:
- Operative equipment and store operations
- Stocking and inventory management
- Order preparation and telephone processing

Communication Skills• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions;
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers over the phone and in person.
• Mathematical aptitude: add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately;

• Motor coordination for rapid and accurate movement;
• Computer or touch‑screen order entry proficiency.
Environmental exposures include varying weather, temperature extremes, fumes, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces, and moving mechanical parts. Physical activities encompass walking, standing, lifting (up to 50 lb), carrying (up to 30 lb), pushing, pulling, and climbing stairs.
Physical DemandsStanding most tasks; walking short distances; lifting inventory up to 50 lb; carrying ingredients up to 3 lb; pushing or pulling trays up to 7.5 lb; climbing stairs when necessary.
Additional InformationStooping, bending, crouching, and reaching tasks occur frequently while assembling pizza, stocking shelves, and cleaning low areas. Hand tasks require eye‑hand coordination, forearm and wrist strength, and frequent use of tools such as a pizza peel and cutter.
Driving SpecificJob Duties
Deliver product by car to customers and deliver flyers and door hangers.
RequirementsValid driver’s license with a safe driving record; insured vehicle; navigational skills for multi‑story and adverse terrain driving.
