Chase - 940 Stevenson Avenue - Responsibilities:
Greet clients as they enter the branch and provide attentive, friendly service;
Manage lobby traffic using a tablet, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel meetings;
Open new accounts and provide account servicing and maintenance while complying with policies and regulatory requirements;
Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, , ATMs);
Build meaningful relationships with clients and collaborate with branch team to meet financial goals;
Perform branch operations such as managing cash devices (cash vault, ATMs) in accordance with bank policies
