Job Summary And Responsibilities
Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is seeking a Hospital Medicine APP in the beautiful Puget Sound Region of Washington State. We invite experienced Advanced Practice Providers, particularly those with expertise in admissions and overnight shifts, to join our established hospitalist team. This team is recognized for its commitment to quality, excellence, and innovation within the picturesque Pacific Northwest. The role offers diverse work environments, encompassing in-person night coverage at a tertiary regional referral centre, telemedicine-assisted overnight cross‑coverage and patient evaluation, and in-person night coverage at a critical access hospital.
Job Requirements- 1 or more years of Inpatient Hospitalist experience required as ARNP/PA
- Extremely flexible and adaptable
- Perform evaluation and management services to patients requiring hospitalist services with the hospitalist practice
- Develop treatment plans
- Complete admissions from ED
- Perform dictation of H&P examinations
- Perform such other responsibilities as reasonably assigned by the lead hospitalist and within NP/PA scope of practice
- Current, unrestricted license in Washington State, DEA, and NPI
