Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist in Enumclaw, Washington. A dedicated and compassionate OT will help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily living and functional skills in a skilled nursing facility setting.

- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Washington State Occupational Therapy license
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical experience in a skilled nursing facility, long‑term care, or post‑acute setting
- Experience evaluating and treating adults with complex medical conditions, including mobility deficits, cognitive impairment, and activities of daily living (ADL) retraining
- Proficiency with documentation systems and completing OASIS/Minimum Data Set (MDS)-related therapy documentation preferred
- Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, family members, and care planning processes.

CompensationPay package based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
