This position serves a preschool caseload of approximately 45 students and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference during a critical stage of language and communication development. As the school's SLP, you'll provide comprehensive speech-language services that help students strengthen communication skills essential for academic and social success.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare evaluation reports, therapy notes, and progress documentation.
  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to preschool-aged students.
  • Complete speech and language evaluations and interpret assessment results.
  • Monitor student growth and adjust therapy strategies to meet individual needs.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute recommendations for student programming.
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.
  • Ability to pass all required background screenings.
  • Availability to provide services on-site; this position is not eligible for teletherapy.
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field from an accredited university.
  • Active Washington State SLP license and ESA certification, or eligibility to obtain both before the start date.
