United West Labs, Inc. in the healthcare sector is seeking a Lead Lab Assistant/Phlebotomist to support phlebotomy operations across assigned sites.
In addition to core phlebotomy duties, you will work with the Phlebotomy Supervisor to ensure adequate staffing and schedule adjustments for daily coverage. You will order supplies, monitor compliance, coach staff on policy changes, and maintain timecards and communication between Lab Assistants and Supervisors.
