EPMO Program Manager

Are you energized by complex programs, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering meaningful business outcomes? We’re looking for an EPMO Program Manager to help drive enterprise-level initiatives that support our business, technology, and operational goals.

In this role, you’ll lead multiple high-impact programs across underwriting, claims, product, operations, and technology—while also managing select projects end-to-end. You’ll partner closely with business and IT leaders to ensure strong governance, strategic alignment, and disciplined execution in a dynamic insurance environment.

• Lead 5–8 enterprise programs
  , owning results alongside business and IT partners.
• Develop program roadmaps, charters, plans, and resource strategies.
• Track progress against scope, schedule, budget, and KPIs—and communicate clearly with leadership.
• Oversee related projects and directly manage projects.
• Identify and mitigate risks, including regulatory and data considerations.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Support change management, adoption, and continuous improvement of EPMO practices.

• Strong program and project management experience, ideally within P&C insurance, financial services, or a regulated industry

• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
• Comfort with data, reporting, and project-tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Excel, Power BI).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;
  PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or similar certifications are a plus.
