Maintenance Supervisor – Chinook Park & Aspen Glade Apartments

Join Tarragon Property Services as a Maintenance Supervisor and elevate your career in the vibrant world of real estate! This role presents an exciting opportunity to apply your skills in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance, ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our tenants. You'll work on diverse projects, ranging from electrical systems to plumbing, allowing you to expand your expertise and make a tangible impact every day.

Salary: $32.00 to $37.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Rotating on‑call.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance or related trade.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
  • Computer proficiency:
    Microsoft Word, Excel, and property tracking systems.
  • Use of general office equipment (telephone, fax, printer, copier, key/Handy Track).
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to relate to others.
  • Intermediate verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Ability to read and comprehend budgets.
  • Understanding of federal fair housing laws and local housing provisions.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Required licenses: current driver’s license and automobile insurance.
  • Preferred certifications: EPA Certification (Type I/II), HVAC Certification, CPO certification (pool), or other state‑required licenses.
